Brandon Flowers Is That Young

The video for the second single off Brandon Flowers‘ solo album Flamingo entitled “Only the Young,” has been delivered!

The Killers frontman shot the video with famed director Sophie Muller, who has also worked with the likes of No Doubt, Björk, Shakira, Beyonce, Sade, Garbage, The Cure and Sophie Ellis-Bextor! A pot of artists mixed with Sohpie's trademark style where she usually has a singer or a band inside a dim, isolated room showcasing their vulnerable and most melodic sides. Sir Brandon Flowers is no exception in his new video. Dig it below kiddas!

Jane Lynch's SNL Promo Has Been Delivered!

Jane Lynch noogie's Fred Armisen in this new promo for her first hosting stint on SNL this Saturday (October 9). Gosh, how I despise noogies!

Jane recently told Zap2It what it meant for her getting to host SNL..."It was great news, and like any milestone in my life, it excited me but also scared me," she divulged. "But I’ll do it! I like being scared, actually. It pulls the best out of you."

Victoria Says David Beckham's Voice Suits Her Just Fine. Naturally No Complaints In Her Department.

Victoria Beckham graces the cover of Marie Claire's November 2010 issue. In it, she answers possibly one of thee most repeated allegations BOTH men and women say to themselves when they see a pictorial or video footage of David Beckham and it goes a little something this..."Oh, he's gorgeous, quite possibly the creme of the crop behind Depp and that guy from the Disaronno commercial (you know who im talking about). But I can't stand his voice, it confuses me, almost sounds like he's bi or he sounds like such a pussy wagon".

Well, I may have added the wagon part for shits and giggles but Victoria clears up the air quite nicely when asked about her husband David Beckham's voice...

"I don’t really notice that he’s got a high-pitched voice. I just think he’s so goddamn perfect that people have to find something wrong with him. We were about to go out somewhere the other day, and he was sending an email. He was sitting at the end of the bed, and he had no clothes on whatsoever. I was getting out of the shower, and I just stood there looking at him. He was all tan. Has all those tattoos, which I love. Hadn’t done his hair. He just naturally looks good all the time. He never looks like s–t in the morning. Never. So he’s sitting there sending his e-mails, all ripped. Not an ounce of fat on him. And I thought, you done good, girl. I sure wasn’t thinking of his high-pitched voice."

Exactly! Sometimes friends (maybe not the best of em), strangers, family, and co-workers will always pick and choose a negative quality about another person who happens to works very hard for their physique and self-accomplishments, with a conversation full of envious babble. I once knew a person who actually asked this question, "Would I rather be skinny and miserable or obese and happy?" Her name and weight will be kept under wraps for the sake of humiliation because we don't believe in that unless when necessary. I kid! I kid! But the delusional and inferior complex of folks sometimes. Because yes, all individuals are secretly battling with depression because when they wake up everyday feeling healthy and fit, the first emotion that comes to mind is misery. Uhm...yeah sure.

Uh-huh Kiddas, right below is the yumminess I was talking about. Meet the Disaronno man, if you haven't already.

T-Shirts and Trousers

Are you Digging fall season's new grown-up trousers? Perhaps a soft, slouchy t-shirt is the perfect top. Well below are fashionista's favorite pairings!

Nanette Lepore “Baker Street” Pants and Vince Sheer Turtleneck: These menswear style tweed trousers have a distinct ’70s feel, from the straight welt pockets to the wide cuffs on the pant legs. That’s why it feels so natural to put it with a slim, gauzy cotton turtleneck. Vince’s sheer, black version looks just right tucked in. Wear the ensemble with a platform loafer to really channel Love Story.

Diane von Furstenberg “Rocky” Crop Stretch Wool Pants and Hinge Serged Ruffle Tee: We love the 1950s rockabilly look sent out on runways like Isabel Marant. Diane Von Furstenberg makes the style work appropriate with her crop stretch wool pants. We like to wear these with a pair of pointed-toed pumps and a simple white tee, like Hinge’s Serged Ruffle Tee. The tiny serged ruffles on the top and the cuffs add interest without being too busy.

Tory Burch Skinny Leg Stretch Corduroys and Rag & Bone Shadow Stripe Oversize Tee: For more casual days, we love pairing Rag & Bone’s striped charcoal tee with a pair of skinny black trousers, like these skinny stretch cords from Tory Burch. Wear it with heels, flats, or a pair of riding boots.
Rich & Skinny Silk Pants and Soft Joie “Lahey” Tee: Silk pants will continue to be a big trend, even as the weather chills. Wear this slate blue pair with some lace up booties and a sloucy tee from Joie, like the brands Lahey style. Top it all off with a fur vest.
