Lauren Hill covers Nina Simone on Fallon and Awakes The Songstress

Miss Lauren Hill has made a career defining moment of this decade with a standup and raise your hand to god performance on the Tonight Show. Performing the classic Nina Simone tune "Feeling Good" a cover she recorded for the great Netflix documentary "What Happened, Miss Simone?" soundtrack and we must say this is probably even more magical then her live performance of "Killing Me Softly" at the 1997 MTV Music Award's with Roberta Flack.

Alessia Cara Debuts on Fallon

18 year old  Canadian singer-songwriter, Alessia Cara makes a career screeching debut performance on The Tonight Show with her single "Here," the song she penned when she was only 16!

Cara's music is a mix of R&B and alternative pop that has got us watching and listening as we are also with similar artist such as Miguel and Young Fathers with the wave of the new alt sound.
